Overall reviews are great, I wish it was happen with me as well….
Long story but one liner answer don’t go if you are going to pay via insurance(unless you are local and don’t have choice. they might be good doing direct business but not with insurance people.. and worst part don’t give follow-up call even.. just worst experience..unfortunately I am regular visitor in your town finger cross don’t need to see you guys ever..

The best service we have EVER received. Our car window was broken in a burglary. Rob went out of his way to help us and find a solution as there was no glass available this side of the country. Couldn’t recommend them more, this is what service is. We loved the photo of Dean the cat too.

Absolutely brilliant service. Other, national brands took 4 hours to quote me 4x as much. Dean’s gave me a quote over the phone, booked me in within 24 hours and save me a packet of cash. Would definitely use again.
